BASE SERVICES

Bi-Weekly Walk Throughs

Visual Inspection Items:

Verify all doors and windows are locked

Check property for any noticeable leaks or water damage

Check Fire suppression system for damage or leaks

Turn all lights off (unless otherwise noted by owner)

Verify hose bibs are turned off

Physical Inspection Items:

Run all plumbing; sinks, tubs, toilets, showers, etc.

Check all light bulbs, replace as needed with provided bulbs

Refill water softener with provided salt

Check and replace smoke detector batteries with provided batteries

Seasonal Maintenance

Heat Tape On/Off

Appliance filters (furnace, refrigerator)

Cover/Uncover AC

OUTSIDE SERVICES 

We work with professional contractors and other service businesses for repairs and additional desired services. If desired, we can schedule and over see these services. Some of these include but are not limited to:

Cleaners

Plumbers

Electricians

Appliance Servicing

Boiler Systems Repair

HVAC Services

Pest Control

Landscaping/Snow Removal

Yearly Certifications and Inspections (fire and other systems)
